General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation contracts as well as to all further services and deliveries provided by the hotel to guests. Diverging provisions – including those in the guest’s general terms – shall only apply if they are confirmed in writing by the hotel.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract becomes valid upon the hotel’s written confirmation of the guest’s booking request. The contracting parties are the hotel and the guest. If a third party makes the booking on behalf of the guest, both the third party and the guest are jointly liable to the hotel, provided the hotel has received a corresponding statement. Any subletting or transfer of rooms as well as any use other than for accommodation purposes requires prior written consent from the hotel.

3. Services, Price and Payment

The hotel is obliged to provide the reserved accommodation and agreed services as per these terms.
The guest is obliged to pay the applicable or agreed prices for accommodation and any additional services used. This also applies to third-party services arranged by the hotel on the guest's behalf.
Prices include applicable VAT.
If the guest later changes the number of booked rooms, length of stay or services, the hotel may adjust the prices accordingly.
Invoices are payable immediately without deduction.
The hotel may request a deposit of 30 % of the total amount upon booking.
Guests may only offset undisputed or legally established claims against hotel charges. 

4. Cancellation by the Guest

The guest may cancel the booking at any time. The following cancellation conditions apply: 

Summer Season:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
• 6 to 1 day(s) before arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount 

Winter Season

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total amount
• 6 to 1 day(s) before arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount

In the event of cancellation, deposits already paid will be retained as a voucher for a future stay or, upon request, refunded.
Cancellations must be submitted by email or in writing.

5. Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
There is no entitlement to a specific room unless confirmed in writing.
If the guest fails to arrive without notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100 % of the total amount.
