Summer Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- 13–7 days before arrival: 70% of total stay
- 6–1 days before arrival or in case of early departure: 100% of total stay
Winter Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- 29–7 days before arrival: 70% of total stay
- 6–1 days before arrival or in case of early departure: 100% of total stay
Any advance payments already made will be credited in the form of a voucher for a future stay or rebooking (non price-bound). Upon request, refunds are also possible.
Cancellations must be submitted by mail or email.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply in addition.

Visitor’s Tax
The local tax and mobility contribution of € 2.95 per day (from age 15) is not included in the room price and must be paid on-site
Guest Mobility Ticket
With the Guest Mobility Ticket, all public transport in the entire Salzburger Land is free of charge – from the very first day of your stay. If you need the ticket for your arrival, we’ll be happy to send it to you in advance. Just contact our reception.

Right in the centre of Hinterglemm – and yet pleasantly quiet. Just a few steps to the cable cars, shops, bike trails and village life.
Yes, free outdoor parking and an open garage are available right at the hotel (subject to availability). No reservation required – first come, first served.
Check in is available from 4:00 pm.
If your room or apartment is ready earlier, you’re welcome to move in ahead of time – just check with us.
Check-out is by 10:00 am year-round.
If you'd like to stay a bit longer, simply ask at the reception – late check-out is possible depending on availability.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
- Please use dog waste bags during your walks
- Dogs must not mark territory on hotel grounds
- Breakfast area, restaurant, Wellness Club, workout zone, wellness garden & rooftop terrace are for human guests only
- You’d like to bring your dog to the restaurant? Just let us know when reserving a table
- Please turn the "Please clean room/apartment" sign to green (or inform reception) if your dog is not inside
- Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or benches
- If extra cleaning is required (e.g. due to hair, odour or heavy soiling), we reserve the right to charge additional fees
