Our cancellation conditions for the winter season
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge
- 29 - 7 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the total stay
- 6 - 1 day/s before arrival as well as in case of no-show we charge 100 % of the total stay

- until 14 days before arrival free of charge
- 13 - 7 days before arrival 70%
- 6 - 1 day/s before arrival and non-arrival 100%

Cancellations must be made in writing by post or e-mail. In addition, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Travel Insurance:
Please take advantage of our insurance service of the European Travel Insurance directly with your booking or afterwards, this is approx. 5% of the travel price (graduated prices according to info sheet).
Otherwise we assume that you do not need an insurance, because you have your own insurance cover or none is desired. Please understand that in case of cancellation fees will be charged within the legal limits.
